In all humility I remember Murphy's law ''Anything that has to go wrong at anytime will go wrong at the time that it should not go wrong'' So this slot machine went KAPUT and LIVE HELPS rang and here is where the brave ( no pun intended ) stood in the LINE OF FIRE..... Some understood graciously while some created mayhem. Heard opinions from perturbed players but the real need of the hour was retaining them and creating an assurance that this was a stray incident. Some leave us because they do not win or because they have a gambling problem that is unavoidable to a large extent and with our human limitations we cannot stop them. We were in a situation we got into a damage control mode and fixed the problem........... So what is of relevance here ?????????? Is it that we shouldn't make mistakes such as these or is it that we solved the problems we created ourselves really well.... That is better left to individual perception while we move on to ascertain the fact that players with all their idiosyncrasies and unwarranted opinions set aside still bring us revenue and that is undeniable so it is important that we remember this at any given point no matter what task it is that we are required to do on a daily basis.........

So I am proud to be a chat host it is indeed a perfect blend of fun and did I mention work :) ...

This is where we get to witness people from different cultures exchanging pleasantries while indulging themselves to this game we call ''BINGO''. Chat is actually an effective retention tool, aimed specially at the predominantly female audience. As a chat monitor I have congratulated players who have announced the birth of a new one with much gusto while alongside I have consoled the bereaved all at the same time. Of course we have those who snivel or whine at the first chance that they get to but that is what makes this concoction of players so interesting. So to speak of everything is new each day and we don't have to face monotony.
